Patent Filing Requirements
- A signed and sealed power of attorney.
- Three copies of the specification in French.
- Three sets of the formal drawings.
- A certified copy of the basic application is required when filing a convention application. The priority document should be submitted within 90 days as from the date of application.
- Assignment Deed.
Assignment Recordal Requirements
- A signed and sealed power of attorney by the assignee.
- A deed of the assignment executed by the assignor and assignee together with its
sworn French or Arabic translation.
License Recordal Requirements
- A signed and sealed power of attorney by the licensee.
- A license agreement executed and sealed by both parties together with its sworn
French or Arabic translation.
