Trademark/Service Mark Requirements

  1. Power of Attorney Notarized & Apostilled (a separate POA is required for each application). 
  2. A certified copy of the home certificate of registration or application is required 
    only for claiming convention priority purposes.
  3. The name, address and nationality of the applicant. 
  4. The list of the goods to be covered by the application. 
  5. Pprints or (.jpg) copies of the trademark.

Renewal of Trademark/Service Mark Requirements

  1. Power of Attorney Notarized & Apostilled (a separate POA is required for each application).
  2. The number and date of the trademark.
  3. Prints of the Mark.
