Filing Requirements
Trademark/Service Mark Requirements
- Simply signed & sealed power of attorney.
- Printing block.
- Certified copy of the basic registration only for claiming convention priority.
For Sound Marks : in addition to the above, the musical composition (notes).
For Smell Marks : in addition to the above, explanatory legend regarding the essence.
Renewal of Trademark/Service Mark Requirements
- Simply signed & sealed power of attorney.
- A printing block and prints of the mark.
Assignment Recordal Requirements
- Simply signed & sealed power of attorney by the assignee.
- Deed of assignment executed by both parties and duly legalized up to the Moroccan Consulate.
Change of Name/Address Requirements
- Simply signed & sealed power of attorney by the assignee.
- Certified copy of the change of name and /or address.
