Priority under Paris Convention : Yes - within 6 months. A foreign applicant must be a national of a WTO member state or of a country that provides reciprocal treatment concerning priority for Thai applicants.

Cancellation : Yes – a registered mark can be cancelled on the following grounds:
- Administrative Cancellation Action (Trademark Board)
A) Due to lack of distinctiveness.
B) Where the Mark is prohibited from registration by Sec.8.
C) Where the mark is identical or similar to another registered mark.
D) Non-Renewal. - Judicial Cancellation Action (Intellectual Property Court)
A) Where a mark has become a Generic term.

- Details of the Mark & Classes.
Assignment Recordal Requirements
- Power of attorney duly notarized (signed before notary public).
- Details of the Mark & Classes.
- Assignment Deed duly legalized.
License Recordal Requirements
- Power of attorney duly notarized (signed before notary public).
- Details of the Mark & Classes.
- License Agreement duly legalized.
Change of Name/Address Requirements
- Power of attorney duly notarized (signed before notary public).
- Details of the Mark & Classes.
- Certificate showing the changes duly legalized.
