- Specimen of the mark (not required for word marks).
- The Registration Number & Date of the mark.
- The Name, Address & Nationality of the applicant.
Assignment Recordal Requirements
- A simply signed Power of Attorney from the Assignee.
- The Original Registration Certificate for endorsement purposes.
- Assignment Deed duly notarized by Apostille.
- The Name, Address, Nationality and profession or nature of business of the Assignee.
- The Registration Number & Date of the mark.
License Recordal Requirements
- A simply signed Power of Attorney from the Licensee.
- License Agreement executed by both parties notarized by Apostille.
- The Name, Address, Nationality and profession or nature of business of the Licensee.
- A Signature Circular of the Licensee (i.e. the document showing the names & signatures of directors of said company).
- The Original registration certificate for endorsement purposes.
Change of Name/Address Requirements
- A simply signed Power of Attorney.
- A document showing the change of Name and/or Address notarized by Apostille.
